Color Meditation: Breathe & Brush
What You’ll Need: A brush, a few colors of paint, and a small piece of paper.
How to Do It:
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Pick a color that reflects how you're feeling.
Set a timer for 5 minutes and gently move the brush across the paper, letting your emotions guide the strokes.
No expectations—just flow.
