Painting with Frequencies

Have you ever painted while listening to relaxing music? Lately, in my quest to establish a quiet mind and regular meditation practice, I’ve been experimenting with music tuned to specific frequencies. When I listen to music at 432hz or 963hz, I am able to quiet my mind and relax so deep I almost drool.
I struggle with my ego while painting. It wants to make sure I follow the rules of art or to make something more commercial, while I just want to go with the flow…
The other day, I was listening to 432hz relaxing music while painting. I found that the sound and pace really helped me slow down.
I enjoyed gently brushing the canvas with my balloon paint brush or my hands. I imagined infusing the canvas with love and healing energies. I found myself gently caressing the canvas as if it was my lover…
I took my time with each painting, adding more paint or subtracting paint as I went. Treating each canvas like a masterpiece. I wonder if you can feel the love and energy radiating from these paintings… If one of these mesmerizing pieces calls to you, send me a message here or an email to information@emotionartworks.com
Try painting to relaxing 963hz songs for mindfulness
Are you ready to relax? During this fun art break, try slowly down your movements. Focus on gently spreading the paint on the canvas or board, with your brush, or in my case, a balloon! Don't worry about the outcome, the goal is to feel the paint contact with the canvas.
