I have started doodling on a regular basis. It helps me relax and come up with some great ideas for future paintings! It's fun, no pressure, and anyone can do it!

What You’ll Need: A pen, markers, or crayons, and a sketchbook.
How to Do It:
Without thinking, start making shapes, lines, or patterns that reflect your mood.
Let your hand move freely—scribbles, dots, swirls, anything goes!
If you want, add color to bring your doodle to life.
Why It Works: This helps quiet your inner critic and allows self-expression without pressure. Perfect for a quick mental reset!
